How did you come up with the idea for this product?

It was always buzzing in Ashok Mittal’s mind. Even after working in the tea industry for more than 4 decades, he was never truly a fan of the conventional milk tea and preferred one of the specialty teas, even for his morning cuppa, that much of an avid tea connoisseur he is. He always found it interesting to look for the natural flavour of teas, rather than topping it with milk, spices, sugar and what not! And thus clicked the eureka moment of connecting tea connoisseurs all over the world, with only pure and natural teas, just the way nature intended it to be.

What has been the best part of your experience?
